<Invited Lecture and Exchange Event with NVIDIA’s Dr. Tomasz Bednarz>

On March 27, AIIS hosted a lecture and exchange event with Dr. Tomasz Bednarz of NVIDIA at the Haedong Advanced Engineering Building and New Engineering Building 2, Seoul National University.

The event was organized to share the latest trends in AI technology and industry applications and to explore opportunities for academic and industrial cooperation.

It focused in particular on raising awareness of advanced research areas such as Physical AI and simulation-based AI, and on providing researchers and students with global-level research insight.

The lecture was attended by around 200 students, along with SNU representatives including Standing Director Lee Jun-hwan of the Development Foundation, AIIS Director Lee Jae-wook, and Robotics Institute Director Cho Kyu-jin.

Dr. Tomasz Bednarz of NVIDIA served as speaker, delivering a lecture centered on directions in AI technology advancement in industry and real-world application cases.

A question-and-answer and exchange session followed the lecture, generating active discussion on AI research and industrial cooperation.

AIIS plans to use this event as an opportunity to further expand exchange with NVIDIA and to continue identifying opportunities for joint research and technology cooperation based on its industry-academia network.
