<Visit of a Delegation from Dataport to AIIS>

On May 11, 2026, AIIS welcomed a delegation from Dataport, a German public-sector IT institution, for an exchange of views on the use of AI technology in the public sector and on digital transformation strategy.

The visit came at the request of Dataport, which leads digital innovation in the German public sector, and served as an opportunity to share AIIS's research status and trends in AI technology development and to explore possibilities for future cooperation.

AIIS was represented by Deputy Directors Kwak No-jun and Park Jin-ho, while the German delegation included the heads of Dataport's Public Value Strategy and Trend Management divisions, among others.

The two sides discussed the impact of AI technology development on public services and administrative innovation, and shared use cases and policy trends related to AI in the public sector.

They also exchanged wide-ranging views on responsible AI development and use, the creation of social value in the course of digital transformation, and the importance of international cooperation.
