<Memorandum of Understanding between AIIS and SKAI Intelligence>

On May 19, 2026, AIIS and SKAI Intelligence signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at Seoul National University to build a joint research and cooperation framework for advancing robotic perception and grasping technology.

The agreement was designed to jointly develop core Physical AI technologies by drawing on both institutions' research capabilities, technology, data, and infrastructure, and to build a foundation for industry-academia cooperation and participation in national research projects.

The two institutions will conduct joint research on robotic object recognition, position and pose estimation, and grasping technology, and will cooperate on developing the technology needed to realize Physical AI, in which vision-based recognition results translate into real physical action.

They will also promote the practical application of robotics AI technology usable in industrial settings through the exchange of research personnel and technology cooperation.

The technologies developed under this agreement are expected to help accelerate digital transformation across manufacturing, logistics, service robotics, and other industries, and to speed up the practical application and commercialization of Physical AI.
